Refund policy
Espressoh guarantees the quality of the products sold in its online store, however, if, for any reason, you wish to return your order or part of it, we will be happy to accept the return within 14 days from the delivery date. The customer undertakes to send the return, once authorized by the Customer Service (which responds to the email address ciao@espressoh.com), to the address:

The shipment must take place within 14 days from the day on which the decision to withdraw from the Contract is communicated. The direct costs of returning the Products will be borne by the customer. Espressoh suggests choosing a traceable return method and assumes no responsibility for any lost return shipments. As an alternative to shipping, the Customer can return the Products to the Espressoh store, located in Milan in Via Donizetti 8, no later than 14 days from the day on which he/she communicated the decision to withdraw from the Contract, on the days and times store opening hours (excluding holidays); the Customer must personally go to the store, provide the order number and sign, if requested, a return declaration. The Customer's obligation to deliver the Products in the conditions and terms of the Conditions remains unchanged, otherwise the return to the store will not be authorized. Any defect/damage to the product must be reported no later than 30 days from delivery or date of purchase in a single-brand store.
Our return/exchange policy implies compliance with certain conditions:
- The product must be intact and unused
- The label must still be attached to the product
- The product must not be damaged
To comply with hygiene conditions, the products MUST NOT BE OPENED. Espressoh, therefore, reserves the right to refuse returns of products that do not comply with the conditions.
Espressoh may ask the Customer for a photo as proof of non-use of the product. Depending on the type of Product, you may be requested, for example: a photo of the dispensing spout; a photo of the tip; a photo of the metal tab located under the cap; a photo of the cardboard packaging.
We also ask you to indicate the desired solution: exchange or refund. In case of refund option, Espressoh refunds the cost of the item minus the shipping costs incurred. We will send you a confirmation email once the return has been processed and the amount has been refunded using the payment method you selected. The refund may be suspended until Espressoh has verified the condition of the returned products. Likewise, if you have opted for an exchange, you will receive an email with the new tracking number for the new shipment. In this case you will not have to pay any additional costs.
To return a product purchased in the EspressOh Flagship store in Milan, simply go to the store in Via Donizetti 8, necessarily showing the receipt (always within 14 days of the purchase date). The staff will examine the conditions of the product and proceed to authorize or deny the return. Once authorized, you will be able to choose between exchanging it for a product of equal value or refunding the payment method used.
If, however, you have received a defective/damaged/different item from what you ordered, we always kindly ask you to contact us at ciao@espressoh.com and together we will find the best solution for you.
The Products offered on the Site comply with national and community legislation. The images and colors of the Products may differ from the real ones due to the local settings of the systems and/or tools used to view them. Espressoh's liability in relation to the Products purchased on the Site will be limited exclusively to the purchase price of the Products in question. Espressoh will not accept any liability for damages to third parties and indirect damages. We invite the Customer to read the list of ingredients on each product page in order to ensure that he is not allergic to any of the ingredients of the Products before application. Espressoh cannot be held responsible for any reactions to the ingredients of the products sold. None of the Products should be used as a substitute for medical care or clinical treatment. Any usage advice reported on the Site or provided by Espressoh Customer Service is for informational purposes only and in no case replaces the opinion of a doctor who we invite you to consult for any need.
